Job Responsibilities: Represent Visteon and Visteon JVs as commercial interface to OEM customer in China Significantly grow the book of business with specific customers. Lead customers platform across different China JVs to ensure Visteon strategy and process are implemented Understand the customer's requirements as it pertains to the quote process and drive to find solutions Negotiate pricing for engineering changes, prototypes and premiums with customer purchasing to support profitability improvement Respond customer RFQs and lead the productivity negotiations Gather and communicate competitive information for commercial and technical intelligence
Qualification Requirement: Bachelor degree in business or engineering 3+ years working experience Automotive industry experience in account management is preferred. Fluent in both verbal and written and English, good PC skill Strong interpersonal skills and business sense Customer and result oriented. Team player, can work under pressure
